What started as a small venture in March of 2009, assisting a handful of military families with their relocation, Advantage Property Management has blossomed into a dedicated property management company serving the unique needs of our community. Recognizing the high concentration of military personnel and the frequent transfers they face, Owner/Broker, Sandra Davis, saw a clear demand for a reliable and professional property management solution.
Led by a Broker/Owner with 28 years of experience as a Realtor (16 as a Broker), our team includes multiple licensed agents and a dedicated full-time Maintenance Coordinator/IT specialist, ensuring your property is in the best hands. We strive to provide exceptional service and peace of mind to both property owners and tenants.
Our website features a user-friendly tenant portal where tenants can easily pay rent and security deposits online, as well as submit maintenance requests. Prospective renters can conveniently complete rental applications directly on the website. For after-hours convenience, a secure drop box is available to drop off payments.
Beyond convenience, responsiveness is key. We work with a network of qualified maintenance and repair professionals to address any damages or repairs swiftly and efficiently. What sets us apart from other property management companies is our commitment to being available. While there’s typically someone in the office during regular business hours, we understand that emergencies don’t always happen between 9-5. We respond to calls and maintenance requests seven days a week, even after hours.

Faye worked for the State of Georgia and retired after 30 years of service to pursue her passion as a REALTOR® since 2009. She lives in McIntosh County and joined the Advantage Property Management team in 2016. Faye is committed to listening to the needs of our tenants. Her contacts and life-long residency leverage her enthusiasm and expertise, enhancing her dedication to our clients. Faye is in the office Monday-Friday from 10 a.m. to 5:00 pm.

Kimberly is the daughter of Sandra B. Davis, owner of Advantage Property Management & Realty, LLC. Kimberly joined Advantage Property Management as a webmaster and property management coordinator in 2013 and has since become a licensed REALTOR® in the State of Georgia in August of 2019. Kimberly is married to Allen J. Oliver and is the co-owner of Allen J. Oliver Productions since 1997. Kimberly has an extensive background in multi-line insurance having been an agent with Dallas County Farm Bureau in Texas. Kimberly was born and raised in Savannah, Georgia.

Allen coordinates the property maintenance requests, schedules technicians for repairs, and facilitates invoicing. As the owner of Allen J. Oliver Productions, he has 27 years of video production experience including advertising design, production management, web and multi-media marketing. Allen was born in Dallas, Texas and has lived in Savannah, Georgia with his wife Kimberly Oliver since 2017.
